I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish! Every aspect of my stay was enjoyable, and I can't wait to share my positive feedback. The hotel's ambiance was inviting, and my room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed. What truly set this hotel apart was its exceptional staff. The team members were warm, friendly, and always ready to go the extra mile to ensure guests' satisfaction. From the reception desk to the restaurant and the concierge, every staff member seemed genuinely dedicated to making my stay memorable. They were very professional but also personable, making me feel valued as a guest, staff was incredibly attentive and proactive in accommodating my requests. Their professionalism and willingness to assist with any queries or concerns I had made a lasting impression on me.

Amazing location right opposite plaza de espana. Hotel staff were very friendly and personable. Very happy with the room size, much bigger then I expected and had amazing views over the plaza. House keeping were exceptional, the room felt brand new every single day. I ordered 2 burgers off the room service menu and was incredibly impressed, delicious burgers and chips and provided plenty of condiments, cutlery napkins. Rooftop top bar does get very busy during the evening but that’s only because it is very good, went there during the afternoon once and had a lovely chat with one of the staff there who was incredibly accommodating with of us. All in all an excellent hotel and will be going again in the future

From the moment we walked into the lobby to the time of check out we were treated to top notch professionalism, courtesy and kindness. Well staffed, so that there was always someone to help/guide you. Our room was large with plenty of storage and amenities. Safe didn't work and was immediately addressed as was the clog in the sink before we even had a chance to unpack. Breakfast exceeded our expectations. Variety and quality of food was amazing. The entire hotel was run like a well oiled machine. Will recommend to anyone and everyone!!

Fabulous hotel. Great location for walking around central Madrid, next to tube station and hop on hop off bus stop. Also next to a lovely park which leads you to plazas and the palace Excellent selection of food and drink for breakfast and every one of the staff we met were friendly, helpful and hard working. Extremely helpful, polite door staff. The sky bar shouldn’t be missed but it’s extremely busy and the staff are under pressure to accommodate everyone. However there is a good selection of bars in the hotel which are very good.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. We were so comfortable. The room was enormous and well air condition, and perfect for our arrival from America especially since we had two small children with us. The staff was so friendly and the breakfast was amazing. We loved it, and really filled up each morning! I loved the location as well. I do appreciate that the hotel let us check in so early and that the price of the room was reasonable. We will definitely come back.
